Short-Term Disability benefits provide you a benefit for short term disability resulting from a covered injury or sickness. Benefits begin at the end of the elimination period and continue while you are disabled up to a maximum benefit duration.

100% PAID BY IMMUNITYBIO
- Benefits are payable after a period of seven calendar days due to injury or sickness
- Pays 75% of your pre-disability earnings to a maximum of $3,000 per week
- Duration of 26 weeks
- Proof of your disability will be required from your physician
SHORT-TERM DISABILITY (BUY UP)
VOLUNTARY PLAN – PAID BY EMPLOYEE
- Benefits are payable after a period of seven calendar days due to injury or sickness
- Pays 90% of your pre-disability earnings to a maximum of $3,000 per week
- Duration of 26 Weeks
- Proof of your disability will be required from your physician
