VISION
Associates of Nant and its affiliates have a choice of two vision plans. You are eligible to participate in either of the EyeMed Vision Plans, the Base Plan or the Buy-Up Plan. Both plans give you the freedom to see the vision provider of your choice while offering cost protection through a network of eye care providers.
When you utilize an in-network eye care provider, your out-of-pocket expenses will be less.
